We are thrilled to have launched a unique promotion training program for those who want help and support reaching the higher ranks. As a retired Detective Inspector, Sandra Moseley knows how important preparation is to take your career in the Metropolitan Police to the next stage. With 30 years plus experience, our exceptional lead trainer Sandra will share a wealth of information and tools she has accumulated over her expansive career.



This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from a proven officer who has been through promotion herself and who has spent the past 6 years helping and training others to reach their potential too. Sandra Moseley Training and Promotion Hub is one-of-a-kind, there is no other trainer like Sandra on the market. She is passionate about supporting staff to be their best.


We will be offering a range of promotion training packages starting from a standalone Promotion Handbook which can be purchased on its own to a Complete Package which will include all you need for the Assessment Process. There will also be an option to have an One2One Session with Sandra which will be designed and bespoke for your needs. This will accommodate the range of needs and learning styles.
