Mock board - Sergeant to Inspector

Service Description

This session includes a mock board with the lead trainer Sandra Moseley. She will ask you 4 of the competencies/value questions and provide feedback. Sandra will coach you through how to better present your examples. There will be adequate time for discussion and Q&A's. The total time for this session will be 2 hours. We recommend this course for those who are already prepared in the theory part of the process by undertaking our 'complete bundle' or '1-1' and therefore this is a great chance to practice your board in a simulated exercised designed to mimic the real process and to boost your confidence in the board stage of the promotion process.
